For product questions, access problems, or a report of incorrect or missing work, email jarvis@lynxworks.ai. Describe what happened and include a visible error reference if you have one. Please do not email a private access link, bearer token, password, or sensitive project content.

Anonymous project access uses a 256-bit bearer capability that is valid for seven days. Anyone holding a valid capability may be able to use that access, so keep the link private. Rotating or revoking it changes access; it does not delete the project or its stored work. If access expires, contact us for help. We will need to verify project authority through an existing live access tool or another secure channel before making project-level changes.

There is no self-service project deletion. For a request to review or delete stored project data, email jarvis@lynxworks.ai without including the capability secret. We review the request and verify authority before any operator-approved deletion. We do not promise a fixed completion time.
